Greetings delegates and staff,

           We are thrilled to welcome you all to the second Hastings Model United Nations Conference (HMUNC II), marking its return after a 14-year hiatus. HMUNC II will be held on January 31st, 2025, and is the culmination of several months of hard work and preparation by our dedicated team.

​

           We are excited to have schools from all around New York and other states join us in learning about diplomacy and international relations. Delegates will engage in unique and exciting committees to spark debate and propel innovation. We encourage all delegates to challenge their perspectives while engaging deeply with committee topics and embracing the diplomacy that comes with international relations. At HMUNC, we aim to cultivate a space where delegates can hone their negotiation, public speaking, and critical thinking skills and come up with innovative solutions together.
